A manager with analytical thinking and strong commercial insight, who also serves as a project specialist for key clients. He focuses on efficient process management, decision-making optimization, and strategic leadership of complex customer projects, directly supporting GastroMarket’s long-term business objectives and partner relationships.

Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Responsible for commercial activities and sales development across multiple European markets. He brings extensive experience in the B2B segment and focuses on tailor-made solutions for clients.
Peter Emödi
Project Manager
Coordinates project and customer solutions with an emphasis on smooth communication, technical accuracy, and strict adherence to deadlines. Thanks to extensive hands-on experience in professional gastronomy, he plays a key role in designing and implementing technological solutions for gastronomic concepts. He serves as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring the efficient delivery of even complex projects.

Project Manager / Chef
Projektový manažér so silným technickým a prevádzkovým zázemím v oblasti profesionálnej gastronómie. Disponuje hlbokými znalosťami kuchynských procesov a technologických tokov v gastronomických prevádzkach. Zodpovedá za riadenie a realizáciu projektov od návrhu riešenia až po jeho implementáciu, pričom prepája potreby klienta s technickými a technologickými možnosťami. Martin prináša do každého projektu aj dlhoročné skúsenosti z najlepších reštaurácií, kde si prešiel reálnou prevádzkou na najvyššej úrovni. Vďaka tomu presne rozumie tomu, čo v kuchyni funguje, čo zefektívňuje prácu a čo je kľúčové pre hladký chod profesionálnej gastronómie. Jeho prístup zabezpečuje, že navrhované riešenia nie sú len technicky správne, ale najmä praktické, efektívne a pripravené na každodennú prevádzku.

Actively involved in showroom sales management, coordinating customer requirements, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Provides expert consulting to clients and contributes to the systematic development of the company’s sales activities.

Inbound Logistics Manager
Responsible for coordinating goods intake, logistics processes, and strict adherence to delivery schedules. Centralizes and manages orders for all markets, ensuring a smooth supply chain, efficient delivery planning, and optimal product availability across the entire company.
