Drink Trends
Inspiration that sells – from refreshing summer cocktails and “nitro” revolutions to craft beer and coffee at a professional level.
Three Great Summer Drinks
Raspberry Lemonade
“Mom, can I have another one?” – that’s exactly how a lemonade should taste, one your guests will keep asking for.
For ~1.5 L:
- 100 ml raspberry juice
- 250 ml apple juice
- 300 ml cranberry juice
- 750 ml sparkling mineral water
- 250 g fresh raspberries (some for the lemonade, some for garnish)
- Ice
Instructions:
Put ¾ of the raspberries into a jug, add raspberry, apple, and cranberry juice. Top up with sparkling water and chill for at least an hour. Serve with ice and raspberries.
Tip: Use high-quality raspberry juice – it makes all the difference.

Hot Mango Cooler – fruity with a spicy finish
With Prosecco (1 glass):
- 4 cl mango purée
- 3 cl Roses lime juice
- Crushed ice
- 20 cl Prosecco
- A pinch of chili flakes
- Dried orange slice
Instructions: Pour the mango purée and lime juice into a glass, add ice and Prosecco. Stir, sprinkle with chili, and garnish with dried citrus.
Non-alcoholic version (1 glass):
- 6 cl mango purée
- 4 cl Roses lime juice
- Crushed ice
- 15 cl sparkling mineral water
- A pinch of chili flakes
- Dried orange slice
Instructions: As above, just replace the Prosecco with sparkling mineral water.

Lemon Spritz – fresh and festive
For 2 glasses:
- 4 cl Limoncello
- 10 cl Prosecco
- 30 cl bitter lemon
- Ice
- Lemon or lime slices
- Optional rosemary
Instructions: Fill the glasses with ice, add Limoncello, Prosecco, and bitter lemon. Gently stir and garnish with citrus or rosemary.

Nitro Drinks – a smooth revolution
Nitrogen + creativity = beverages with a smooth, creamy texture and an unmistakable visual effect.
Nitro Coffee
Cold brew coffee infused with nitrogen:
- Higher caffeine content than hot-brewed coffee
- Lower acidity, enhanced natural sweetness
- Creamy texture without milk or sugar
Visual effect: After pouring, a “cascading” effect occurs – just like with Guinness – a show that sells.
Simple solution
iSi Nitro Whip (1 l) – mobile, cordless device. Works for coffee, tea, and cocktails.
Tips::
- Nitro cold brew with tonka beans
- Nitro iced tea with herbs
- Nitro cocktails – unique creaminess

Craft Beer – Style & Identity
New styles (IPA, porter, stout) bring more intense aromas and higher added value.
Why include it:
- Young consumers seek original flavors
- Higher selling price per glass/bottle
- Possibility of food pairing like with wine
Glass = Experience:
Spiegelau, Borgonovo, and other brands have developed glasses specifically for craft beers – enhancing aroma and texture.
Tip: A tasting set (3 × 0.15 l) is an attractive and effective way to increase sales.
